What You'll Do:

Your exact role will depend on your level of experience, but responsibilities may include:

  • Framing, trim work, cabinetry, and installation of doors, windows, and other finishes
  • Assisting or leading specific phases of custom residential and light commercial projects
  • Reading blueprints and executing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Supporting or managing job site organization, cleanliness, and safety
  • Collaborating with project managers, foremen, and other team members
  • Tracking project progress using company-provided software and tools

Who We're Looking for:

We're hiring across multiple levels, including:

Apprentice Carpenter

  • Some construction experience or formal training preferred
  • Eagerness to learn, take direction, and grow in the trade
  • Basic tool knowledge and reliable transportation

Journeyman Carpenter

  • 35 years of hands-on experience in residential construction
  • Solid skills in framing, finish carpentry, and installation
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
  • Strong work ethic and eye for detail

Senior/Lead-Level Carpenter

  • 6+ years of experience with advanced skills in trim, framing, and project execution
  • Ability to lead a crew or run portions of larger projects under a foreman
  • Understanding of code requirements, safety protocols, and sequencing
  • Excellent communication and leadership qualities

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Personal hand tools (additional tool allowance available)
  • Must be able to work full-time and lift up to 50 lbs
